According to the law on the Mongolian language, starting from January 1, 2025, state administrative and local self-governing organizations will conduct civil affairs in dual script. The Civil Service Council of Mongolia has issued Resolution No. 165 "On some measures to ensure the preparation of public affairs in dual script". The resolution mandates that every organization must attend Mongolian writing training for its employees, introduce and introduce the "Mongolian Electronic Manual" for use. Tasks and recommendations were given to the management of public organizations and budget managers, such as the ability to manage Mongolian writing in the performance plan of civil servants.
